House Rules & Conditions
- • The space must be left broom-clean.
- • Waste must be taken away by the hirer.
- • Indoors: smoking, open flames and candles are not permitted.
- • Outdoors: no amplified music allowed.
- • Latest end time 20:00 (extension to 20:30 for clearing up).
- • Own catering permitted; coffee/tea arrangement on request.
Payment & Reservation
- After booking, you'll receive an invoice by email.
- The reservation is final on receipt of a 50% deposit.
- The balance and security deposit must be paid 7 days before the hire date.
- Security deposit: €150 (refunded within 5 working days after proper use).
Liability
- The hirer is responsible for any damage to inventory or property.
- Use of the space is at your own risk.
- Cleygaerd is not liable for loss, damage or theft of belongings.
