House Rules & Conditions
- • The space must be left broom-clean.
- • Waste must be taken away by the hirer.
- • Indoors: smoking, open flames and candles are not permitted.
- • Outdoors: amplified music is not permitted.
- • Latest end time 20:00 (extension until 20:30 for clearing up).
- • Own catering permitted; coffee/tea arrangement available on request.
Payment & Reservation
- After booking you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
- The reservation is confirmed upon 50% advance payment.
- The remaining amount and deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before the rental date.
- Deposit: €150 (refunded within 5 working days after proper use).
Liability
- The hirer is responsible for any damage to inventory or property.
- Use of the space is at your own risk.
- Cleygaerd is not liable for loss, damage or theft of belongings.
